N.B.: In its June 3, 2002 meeting the National Executive Committee decided that this regatta would be "run by the February 15, 2002 Rules without exception and that it will be a Level A regatta." This information was communicated to Premiere-Racing and will be included in the NOR. Potential charterers should read rule 3.10 very carefully.
