KWRW 2008: Pick a Time for Inspection

Please choose your inspection time for Saturday, January 19th or Sunday, January 20th. Inspections will be done in place if you are in the Bight. If you are outside the Bight, you need to come raft up to the boat at the end of the Historic Seaport dock. See map (#11) here.

We expect to be checking sail tags, floatline or weight certificates (as applicable), lifeline tension, and equipment listed on your floatline/weight certificate. Note that weight certificates are acceptable, but not required until next year at Key West. In preparation, please ensure:

• Floatline or weight certificate (signed by the owner) on the nav station.
• Sails off the spars with the tags visible.
• Water tank empty or filled per floatline/weight certificate.
• Fuel tank filled per floatline/weight certificate.
• Required and optional equipment per floatline/weight certificate laid out on settees for inspection
