Fifty-nine of the 64 teams completed the 74th Annual Block Island Race, starting May 24 from Stamford Harbor (CT) and taking the fleet through Long Island Sound on either the 186nm Block Island Race Course or the 125nm Plum Island Course. Two J/105s competed in Class 3 PHRF, topped by Frank Conway’s Raptor. The Young Americans team followed. Complete event details may be found at
