Nearly 60 teams competed July 23-27 in the final edition of Whidbey Island Race Week to be held in Oak Harbor, WA. One-design divisions, including the J/105s, along with six fleets for PHRF were on tap before the event is rebranded as Point Roberts Race Week as it moves north to Point Roberts, WA. Jerry Diercks’ Delirium topped the 11-boat J/105 fleet, scoring 17 points in nine races. Chris Phoenix’s Jaded followed with 20 points.
