| A1: | There are two answers to this question depending on why the boat has been weighed.
The answer is No when issuing a weight certificate. In this situation the boat must weigh 3,890Kg (8,576Lb) or more to be certified. The answer is Yes if a previously certified boat is weighed for purposes of inspection that is not part of a certification procedure. |
