Spanning three weekends, the Seattle Yacht Club hosted its popular Tri-Island Series. The 22-boat PHRF Short Course Division saw the local J/105 contingent in action. Winning was John Aitchison’s J/105 MOOSE UNKNOWN with a 1-5 for 6 points. Third place was determined by a tiebreaker at 8 points each. Losing that battle to a J/80 was Erik Kristen’s J/105 MORE JUBILEE with a 6-6 tally. Places sixth through 11th were all J/105 teams.
